About Conversations

Welcome

Welcome to Kensington and Chelsea’s Conversation site. This site will help  the Council engage with our residents in an open and transparent way, sharing ideas and allowing people to have a say in decisions that affect them. This is a central commitment and key theme in the Council Plan.

Charter for Public Participation

On 22 January 2020 the Council adopted a Charter for Public Participation and came into effect, as part of the Council’s Constitution, on 1 March 2020. The Charter is one of a number of key commitments against which the Council expects to be held to account by local residents. Visit our page on the Charter for Public Participation for more information.
